At Cozihome Scents, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something isn’t right, we’ll always do our best to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return in line with UK consumer law.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and unopened

Products must be in their original packaging

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
Due to the nature of fragranced and hygiene-related products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used unless they are faulty.

Include your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photographs of the item and packaging
We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used fragranced products

Items returned outside of the 14-day window

Products not in original condition (unless faulty)
