Welcome to Cozihome Scents. These Terms of Service govern your use of our Shopify store and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. About Us
Cozihome Scents is a UK-based, family run business operating via a Shopify online store. All products are created and labelled in line with current UK regulations.
2. Online Store Terms
By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
3. Products & Descriptions
We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, packaging or scent perception may occur.
All fragrance products should be used as directed. We are not responsible for misuse of products or failure to follow safety instructions provided on packaging.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Payments are securely processed via Shopify’s approved payment providers. We do not store your payment details.
5. Orders & Acceptance
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary, including in cases of pricing errors or stock issues.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.
6. Shipping
Orders are dispatched using fully tracked services via Evri or DPD. Estimated delivery times are provided in our Shipping Policy but are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside of our control.
7. Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Due to the nature of fragranced products, items must be unused and returned in original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. By Faulty we mean the packaging is damaged and you can provide photo/video evidence upon opening which is timestamped to prove it arrived in its faulty condition.
This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
8. Liability
Cozihome Scents shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.
Customers are responsible for following all usage and safety guidance provided.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, product names, images and written material are the property of Cozihome Scents and may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
